The Stingray is a large diameter disc that has a very predictable turn and excellent glide. It has a shallow rim that makes it easy to grip for smaller hands and allows for a smooth consistent release. These characteristics make it a good choice for beginners. Disc type:

Midrange = discs which are used for medium-distance throws. Thanks to their flight characteristics, these are the most universal discs. If you plan to buy just one disc, we highly recommend choosing a midrange.

Plastic type:

Halo Star is our latest high-performance polymer innovation, offering maximum durability and brilliant appearance. The novel two-tone injection process results in beautiful, durable discs with a “Halo” rim that is a distinctly different color than the flight plate. Though every Halo Star disc has a unique look, the runs are extremely consistent, so you can trust two Halo discs of the same mold to have the same flight characteristics every time.
