Product detailed description
Flight characteristics:
The Reactor’s flight path is characterized by a neutral-stable GYRO® push followed by a dependable fade.
High powered players should expect the Reactor to have some subtle, flight-extending turn that doesn’t overpower its natural fade — making the Reactor a dependable, workhorse midrange on every angle of release. The Reactor has just enough fade to shape long turnovers, and the right amount of turn and glide to support laser-like straight shots or hyzer bombs. If you have the power, the Reactor is a surprisingly long flyer too.
Lower power players will find the reactor to be an extremely dependable flat-to-fade midrange — one of the most classic and often needed shots in disc golf. The turn, while likely not apparent from a flat release, will show itself when released on anhyzer — yielding a longer s-turn than perhaps expected. From hyzer, the subtle turn of the Reactor will allow it to generate workable hyzers.
Excelling at gap hitting, control, and accuracy from both forehand and backhand – the Reactor is the neutral-stable workhorse midrange that you’ve been looking for.
Disc type:
Midrange = discs which are used for medium-distance throws. Thanks to their flight characteristics, these are the most universal discs. If you plan to buy just one disc, we highly recommend choosing a midrange.
Plastic type:
Eclipse is MVP's premium GLOW material. Each Eclipse disc has a Proton core with the special Eclipse blend overmold that has high durability for a long consistent life. The Proton cores are transparent to allow disc lights to shine through so you can always find your disc! Also available in a soft flexibility for putters.
Colors:
In most of the cases the images of the discs are only for illustration and don’t match the reality. If you like to see the real color of the chosen variant, just email us at frisbee@ultimo.cz or message us on Whatsapp (+420776819208). We’ll be happy to send you the photo so you know what the desired disc will exactly look like.
