Midrange = discs which are used for medium-distance throws. Thanks to their flight characteristics, these are the most universal discs. If you plan to buy just one disc, we highly recommend choosing a midrange.

Plastic type:

VIP-X is a premium blend of plastics that provides a stiffer feel, increased durability, and more overstable flights.
